After years of working on planes, lecturing students at a Agricultural College and working for a company that sold agricultural equipment Jaco Pieters, Founder and owner of BJP Supplies/Rumax, started his company in his backyard at the end of 1999.
Jaco got involved with the farming community of the Western Cape and soon came to realize that there was a need amongst the farmers for products that could make the feeding process easier. He started to build products for farmers that they needed and in 2000 the first feed mixer was sold. From their small and humble beginnings Rumax has never looked back.
Today the factory also manufactures hammer mills, pellet machines, muck spreaders and mechanical trimming blades.

Rumax 1/2, 1, 1.5 & 2 ton
1/2, 1, 1.5 & 2 Ton concentrate mixers for mixing of concentrates and milled roughage. They have a mixing time of up to 3 minutes.

15m³ TMR Mixer that handles any silage and roughage even in round bales. It has excellent cutting and mixing capabilities.

A 7.5kW dust free hammer mill with up to a 4.5ton capacity.
BD55 – 22-30kW Electrical
A 22kW dust free hammer mill with up to a 12ton capacity.
Rumax Pellet Machine
A smaller 11kW pellet machine that can do up to 500kg/h.
